Jewelry items are sent via Lithuanian Postal Service.

Amulets are sent via Lithuanian Postal Service as registered (priority) mail.
Shipping: 3.00€
It can also be withdrawn in Vilnius, Lithuania with a notice via e-mail info@keepthesilence.com or +37060993245.
 
Delivery abroad (Europe, North/South America, Africa, Asia, Australia):
Jewelry items are sent via Postal Service as registered (priority) mail.
Shipping: 8.00€
Amulets are sent via Postal Service as registered (priority) mail.
Shipping: 5.00€
 
 

Change and returns

 
Before returning or exchanging jewellery items you must reach out to: info@keepthesilence.com within 14 calendar days after the item(s) was received.
Returns are not possible for the item(s) which were made as a personalized order.
 
GUIDELINES:

* The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and with no damage inflicted.
* Jewelry returned must be in the condition in which it was received – usage marks, wear etc. not binding.
* We kindly ask to return the items via registered mail or courier providing tracking number for each shipment sent.

Refund will be issued within 15 business days after the item(s) was received – subject to an inspection of the item(s).

Entire shipping and additional costs related to a change or return of an item(s) is paid in full by the customer. The item(s) is in customer’s responsibility/ownership until it reaches ”Keep the Silence Jewellery“, therefore, while in the process of returning the item(s), the customer is held accountable for damage inflicted during the shipping process. Each item is subject to an inspection by ”Keep The Silence Jewellery”. We reserve the right to decline returnment of any item(s) with mechanical damage signs – inflicted by the customer, improper care or wearing. Disputes should be sent in writing and will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.

Please keep in mind that stating an appropriate size of the item(s) is customer’s responsibility. If you wish to change the size of the item(s) – entire shipping/additional costs are covered by the customer.
